Ingredients:
25cm Round Baking dish
Mixing Bowl
Measuring Cup
Tablespoon
Teaspoon
Instructions:
MIX CREAM BUTTER & SUGAR WITH YOUR HAND.
ADD EGG & MIX.
STIR IN ALL DRY INGREDIENTS.
KNEAD DOUGH LIGHTLY.
LIGHTLY GREASE DISH.
PLACE THE PASTRY IN THE BAKING DISH AND MAKE A CRUST AROUND THE TOP RIM OF THE DISH. THE CRUST SHOULD BE ABOUT 2CM THICK. PUSH THE REST OF THE PASTRY AROUND THE DISH ENSURING THE DISH IS THINLY COVERED ALL OVER.
PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 180C.
ADD ALL DRY INGREDIENTS TO THE APPLES & MIX
PLACE APPLES INTO BAKING DISH AND BAKE FOR 40 MINUTES.
